Support for Development of Clean Hydrogen in Turkiye

Objectives: The World Bank seeks consulting services to support clean hydrogen development in Türkiye, aiming to contribute to economy-wide decarbonization and sustainable energy solutions in line with Türkiye's 2053 net-zero emission target. The consultancy involves modelling, stakeholder consultations, development of inputs for a Clean Hydrogen Action Plan (CHAP), and preparation of Terms of Reference for a pre-feasibility study for potential clean hydrogen investments. The objectives include identifying priority sectors for clean hydrogen use, fostering technology advancements, scaling production, creating demand, and establishing regulatory frameworks to support the developmental targets of the clean hydrogen sector in Türkiye.
