Preliminary market consultation on the planned above-threshold public procurement "Expert advice and control of the implementation of public procurement for hospitals in Ukraine"

Objectives: The tender aims to procure specialized advisory and control services for public procurement processes for hospitals in Ukraine. The objective is to assist Ukrainian hospitals in acquiring medical equipment by providing technical assistance, methodological support, and ensuring compliance with EU requirements. The initiative involves drafting agreements between the Czech Development Agency (ČRA) and Ukrainian hospitals, assessing Ukrainian public procurement laws, providing legal consulting during procurement processes, and ensuring proper use of EU grant funds totaling 96.5 million Euros for the purchase of medical equipment.
