Fostering and Leveraging Opportunities for Water Security Program: ESF for Kamenica Dam

Objectives: The objective of this consultancy service is to conduct an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) for a proposed dam in Kosovo, along with preparing all relevant environmental and social assessments and plans necessary for the project. This includes supporting the implementing agency in conducting and documenting community consultations before the World Bank appraises the project. The services will ensure compliance with the World Bank's Environmental and Social Framework and Kosovo's national laws, integrate E&S considerations into the project design phase, and provide cost estimates for implementing all E&S activities to facilitate successful construction of the dam.
