TA-9925 REG: Southeast Asia Transport Project Preparatory Facility Phase 2 - Social Safeguards (IGCRMSP) (52084-002)

Objectives: The main goal of the Technical Assistance (TA) is to resolve issues and speed up the Resettlement Implementation Plans and Procedures (RIPP) implementation. This includes supporting Project Affected Persons (PAPs) to submit missing documents, addressing Extra Judicial Settlement of Estate (EJSE) and family conflicts, coordinating with Local Government Units (LGUs) and agencies, and developing solutions for long travel distances. The TA will also include consulting with uncooperative landowners, locating unidentified ones, ensuring smooth coordination with government agencies to expedite land documentation, and supporting PAPs in securing documents. A comprehensive list of PAPs' payment status and required documents will be prepared with a clear processing schedule.
