Objectives: The tender aims to ensure effective technical maintenance and repair of security systems within the UNDP building in Almaty, Kazakhstan. These systems encompass automatic fire alarms, burglary alarms, evacuation alerts, smoke extraction, gas analyzers, access control systems, gates, delta barriers, turnstiles, automatic gas and water fire extinguishing, video surveillance, automated monitoring systems for engineering, and internal fire water supply. The primary objectives are to enhance fire safety levels, monitor the actions of visitors and employees, and track valuable asset movements. The contractor is responsible for keeping equipment in optimal condition, meeting UNDP's minimum technical requirements.
