IC- Facilitator to Support Capacity Building Training on Conflict Prevention Mediation, Negotiation skills to promote the inclusion of women in decision making and peacebuilding processes

Objectives: The recruitment of facilitators to provide capacity building training focused on Conflict Prevention, Mediation, and Negotiation skills is intended to enhance the inclusion of women in decision-making and peacebuilding processes. Targeting women in Lambussie district, Upper West region, and West Gonja District, Savannah Region, the training aims to build a core group of women skilled in mediation and negotiation to create environments conducive to development amidst ongoing conflicts, such as land disputes and ethnic tensions. The goal is to elevate women's roles in community and national peacebuilding efforts.
