Local consultant for drafting of the Guidelines for Search of the Disappeared Persons in Montenegro

Objectives: The primary objective of this consultancy is to develop a comprehensive, practical, and context-specific document focusing on the search for disappeared persons in Montenegro. This document should consist of two parts: First, analyzing the current Montenegrin institutional and normative framework in relation to the UN's guiding principles for the search of disappeared persons, and proposing recommendations for improved coordination. Second, focusing on the operational steps involved in searching for disappeared persons, in collaboration with both international and local consultants.
