Consultant for preparing and delivery of the RIA Training Programme

Objectives: The objective of the RIA Training Programme is to enhance public officials' knowledge and technical skills at both state and local levels in preparing and understanding Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) Reports. This aims to improve RIA report quality and the understanding of regulation impacts on public administration. The programme entails three modules focused on RIA process key elements, complemented by a trainer's guide manual, and a Training of Trainers (ToT) component to cultivate RIA trainers within public administration. Additional ad-hoc support includes further training and quality control of draft RIAs to ensure continuous enhancement in the legislative process.
