Consultant for manufacturing industry with potential for development and exports

Objectives: The objective of the assignment is to prepare a comprehensive analysis (2018-2024) of key areas within Montenegro's manufacturing industry, identifying potential for development and exports. This analysis is aimed to underpin the subsequent preparation of a "Study on Optimal Directions for Development of the manufacturing industry," guiding future policy and support measures. The consultant is responsible for conducting a detailed statistical analysis, reviewing macroeconomic trends, analyzing export markets and product groups, identifying key growth areas, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance Montenegro's manufacturing sector's competitiveness and resilience.
