Building Institutions And Systems to Harness And Realize Agenda 2063 Project: Supply and Installation of Networking and Security Solution in AU Headquarters, Regional Offices, Organs and Liaison Offices

Objectives: The objective of this project is to modernize the AUC Headquarters campus network by implementing a Software Defined Local Area Network (SD-LAN) solution. This upgrade aims to address the challenges posed by the existing traditional, multi-vendor network and align the current IT infrastructure with the evolving business needs of the African Union Commission. The initiative seeks to enhance network flexibility, security, manageability, and scalability while reducing operational costs and manual intervention. The project involves network design, implementation of automated configurations, enhanced security measures, centralized management, and seamless integration with existing infrastructure, all tailored to support AUC’s business objectives and compliance requirements.
