Objectives: The tender aims to develop advanced ground processing capabilities to accommodate significantly increased downlink rates of satellites, particularly in Low Earth Orbit (LEO), where rates are expected to reach 10-100 Gbps. This project builds on prior studies addressing the distribution of telemetry data in a multi-cloud context, focusing on processing capabilities from satellite to public cloud archives. The bottleneck has shifted from the downlink process to ground processing, necessitating innovative approaches to manage and process large volumes of data effectively. The anticipated result is an efficient, scalable processing chain that improves data handling from satellite downlinks to archival procedures in cloud environments.
