Objectives: The project aims to promote integrated municipal solid waste management in Constantine and poultry waste management in Sétif, with the goal of transforming the waste value chain into a circular economy. It targets economic benefits by creating new economic sub-sectors, social benefits through green job creation and public health risk reduction, and environmental benefits by reducing carbon emissions and minimizing water pollution. The project will employ a model based on public/private sector engagement and technology transfer, focusing on financially viable, socially equitable, and environmentally friendly solutions.
