Supporting health system country analyses within specific projects of the ELS/HD

Objectives: The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is initiating a Market Consultation to source an individual external consultant to assist the OECD Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs (ELS) with health system country analysis. The focus areas emphasize developing Health System Performance Assessment (HSPA) frameworks for Luxembourg and Slovakia, participating in the 'State of Health in the EU' initiative, and contributing to the 'Cancer Inequality' study. The consulted countries for each project are Luxembourg, with tentative options including France and Sweden, and a yet-to-be-defined list for the comparative analysis in May 2025.
