Long Term Agreement for Technical Building & Facilities Maintenance at UN House

Objectives: The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Nigeria seeks to enter into a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for comprehensive technical facilities management services at the United Nations House Abuja. The key objectives include providing consistent, round-the-clock technical maintenance to ensure optimal functionality of the facilities through pre-emptive, preventive, routine, and corrective maintenance strategies. This involves a thorough upkeep and operation of building management systems, air conditioning, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and security systems among others. The expected outcomes are enhanced operational efficiency and conducive working environments for the United Nations Agencies housed within the premises, over an initial contract period of one year, renewable up to three years.
