Provision of Travel Agency Services to Trademark Africa (TMA) and Trade Catalyst Africa (TCA)

Objectives: The main objective for this tender is to appoint a Travel Service Provider (TSP) based in Nairobi, Kenya, who will provide comprehensive travel and related services to TradeMark Africa (TMA) and Trade Catalyst Africa (TCA). The TSP is expected to manage travel for staff, partners, and board members across TMA’s operational regions both locally and internationally, with an estimated annual expenditure of approximately USD 11 million on travel. The purpose is to ensure efficient management of travel operations, cost-effectiveness, safety, and well-being of travelers, implementation of sustainable travel options, and adapting to evolving business travel trends.
