Objectives: The tender invites eligible bidders to submit sealed bids for the design, supply, and installation services of the third package of substations for EDESUR, aimed at expanding electrical networks and reducing technical electrical losses in distribution as part of the "Programa de Expansión de Redes y Reducción de Pérdidas Técnicas Eléctricas en Distribución" funded by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). The project encompasses multiple lots including various electrical substations and transformation fields across different locations, with funds allocated for contractual payments from the IDB loan.
