Objectives: The primary objective of the tender is to appoint a National Consultant to analyze existing mechanisms for financing investment projects in Kazakhstan's Agro-Industrial Complex (AIC). The consultant's task will involve evaluating current financing avenues, identifying barriers to access, and proposing improvements to enhance investor and agricultural enterprise funding capabilities. This will support the UNDP-GEF project focused on promoting sustainable food systems and ecosystems services in Northern Kazakhstan, ultimately facilitating the implementation of effective land management technologies and green value chains to prevent land degradation and boost agricultural productivity.
