Objectives: The mission aims to coordinate the development of Côte d'Ivoire’s CDN 3.0, ensuring alignment with national policies and international commitments through multi-stakeholder engagement and data-driven decision-making. Specifically, it involves coordinating the integration of the CDN 3.0 with Côte d'Ivoire's PND 2026-2030, SPANB, PNA, and SDGs, developing an investment plan, facilitating stakeholder consultations, ensuring policy coherence by integrating climate commitments into national strategies, supporting data collection and communication for evidence-based decision-making, and preparing technical documents and progress reports for national authorities and UNFCCC.
