Recruitment Monitoring & Evaluation Officer_HCD

Objectives: The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) seeks to recruit an individual consultant as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer to support the implementation of the Human Capital Development Strategy, funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. The role will concentrate on enhancing the quality of programs under the ECOWAS Human Capital Strategy which focuses on Health and Nutrition, Education, Skills, and Labour participation, as well as Entrepreneurship, Financial Inclusion and the Digital Economy, with a goal of making the region the best in Human Capital Development by 2030. The consultant will provide technical support and guidance to the ECOWAS HCD secretariat, improve utilization of monitoring and evaluation tools, and aid in reporting to donors and stakeholders from the duty station in Abuja, Nigeria, on a full-time basis.
