Objectives: The tender primarily seeks to hire a company to manage the exemption of sales taxes for beneficiary organizations within the scope of civil society strengthening under the EUROELECT-H project. This initiative aims to reinforce inclusion, citizen engagement, conflict prevention, and transformation during the electoral cycle in Honduras. It involves providing support through the management of tax exemptions and facilitating a single training session for civil society organizations (CSOs) on using the Honduran Exemption Module Administrator Platform (PAMEH). This initiative aims to enable multiple CSOs to efficiently access tax benefits, promoting transparent and equitable elections.
