Request for Quotation for Consulting Services for data Curation, Analysis and Establish Online Data Visualization Platform

Objectives: The objective of this tender is to develop an interactive online data visualization platform that integrates spatial, empirical, and secondary data to support data-driven planning and decision-making for the Ministry of Urban Development (MOUD) in Nepal. The platform aims to assess infrastructure competency, smart city readiness, and urban conditions across 293 municipalities. The tool, Urban Infrastructure Competency Index (UICI), will undergo a pilot test in Tilottama Municipality and Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City, focusing on urban safety, inclusivity, and accessibility. This effort is part of the "Cities 4 Women: Inclusive and Climate Resilient Urbanization in Nepal" project, co-funded by the European Union and Finland, implemented by UNOPS, UN-Habitat, and Cities Alliance.
