Sint Maarten Emergency Recovery Project I: Communications and Community Outreach Consultant II

Objectives: Following the devastation caused by hurricanes Irma and Maria in 2017, Sint Maarten initiated a large-scale recovery and reconstruction program under the principle of building back better. This tender involves hiring a Communications and Community Outreach Consultant who will play a key role in advancing the National Recovery Program Bureau's mission. The objective is to develop and implement communication strategies to increase public awareness and engagement with recovery initiatives, manage social media, provide project communications support, and coordinate outreach activities to foster greater support for the recovery portfolio. The ultimate aim is to enhance the effectiveness of NRPB operations.
