Renovation of Police Training School, Calabar, Cross River State- 5 Lots

Objectives: The project seeks the comprehensive renovation of the Police Training School in Calabar, Cross River State, Nigeria, covering a total of five lots that include the Admin Block and Classrooms, Toilets and Baths construction, and renovation of both Male and Female Hostel Blocks A and B. The purpose is to update and modernize the facilities to meet current standards, ensuring functionality, safety, and comfort. The scope involves structural rehabilitation, internal and external refurbishments, and comprehensive utility system upgrades to support the long-term training needs of the institution.
