RFP/2025/011- Develop a National Biodiversity Finance Plan

Objectives: The UNDP Mongolia Country Office is soliciting a national legal entity to develop a comprehensive National Biodiversity Finance Plan. The aim of this project is to ensure sustainable financing for Mongolia's biodiversity conservation efforts and assist in implementing the Environmental Finance Information System (EFIS). Over a period of 220 working days within 8 months, the chosen entity will conduct activities such as a Biodiversity Expenditure Review, a Financial Needs Assessment, and the development of finance solutions tailored to Mongolia's context. The project will integrate finance planning into national and sectoral frameworks, enhancing policy alignment and mobilizing resources to support priority biodiversity actions.
