Objectives: The primary goal of the project is to evaluate the instrumental and technological gaps under the four pillars of a comprehensive multi-risk early warning system (MH-EWS) tailored to Côte d'Ivoire. Specifically, the mission will map existing hydro and meteorological equipment, identify gaps in consideration of ongoing initiatives (like VIGICLIM, PARU), propose a framework for complementary equipment acquisition while considering strategic deployment locations under the African Development Bank (BAD) and GCF projects. The mission will also assess acquisition and operational costs and produce equipment deployment maps.
