Consultant.e National.e pour L'étude sur la Fragilité et la Résilience de la Côte d'Ivoire dans le Cadre du Projet "Système d'Alerte Précoce et Services Climatiques pour la Résilience"

Objectives: The global objective of this mission is to conduct an in-depth assessment of fragility and resilience in Côte d'Ivoire within the framework of the implementation of the Early Warning System and Climate Services for Resilience, leveraging criteria from the African Development Bank (AfDB). Specifically, it aims to discuss and analyze interventions under AfDB funding, focusing on the link between climate, fragility, and resilience, especially concerning conflict prevention, conflict sensitivity, migration, displacement, peacebuilding, climate adaptation, mitigation, and resilience. The mission involves creating a high-quality knowledge product by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks impeding project funding from reaching communities affected by fragility, conflict, violence, and climate change. Additionally, it aims to enhance AfDB intervention opportunities, strengthen resilience, reduce vulnerabilities, and support sustainable development in fragile environments in Côte d'Ivoire, ultimately resulting in the production of a report and an action plan.
