Provision of Physical Cash Distribution

Objectives: The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) seeks to establish framework agreements with Financial Service Providers (FSPs) to manage and distribute up to $15 million in cash assistance across Afghanistan between 2025 and 2027. This cash distribution initiative will focus on enhancing food security, supporting livelihoods, protecting vulnerable beneficiaries, and providing emergency response capabilities in light of Afghanistan's urgent humanitarian needs. The distribution will cover both provincial and district levels and facilitate targeted assistance to vulnerable households in cooperation with selected FSPs. The program enables beneficiaries a degree of choice and flexibility in meeting their immediate financial needs.
