Objectives: The primary objective of this tender is to conduct an in-depth analysis of the contribution of Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI) to job creation in Djibouti, considering dynamics of gender and inclusion. The study will highlight the sector's potential and identify key levers and constraints that influence its development. The aim is to enhance understanding of the CCI value chains in Djibouti, identify promising areas, recognize key players, and evaluate their potential for youth employment, cultural tourism promotion, investment attraction, and cultural export enhancement. The study also seeks to map CCIs' key actors and assess their roles in sector development, supplemented by existing regulatory and qualitative data to ensure a comprehensive evaluation.
