Artificial lung ventilation device

Objectives: This tender aims to acquire a total of 26 artificial lung ventilation devices distributed over three lots (5, 11, and 10 pieces respectively) to modernize the infrastructure of the Emergency Department and Resuscitation and Intensive Care Unit at the Public Institution Republican Vilnius University Hospital, Lithuania. It underscores the strategic objective of reducing environmental impacts through green purchasing and aligns with the project "Modernization of the Emergency Department and Resuscitation and Intensive Care Unit Infrastructure" co-financed by the European Social Fund (ESF) under project code 09-008-P-0007. The procurement is guided by open procedure rules to ensure competitive bidding without an accelerated timeline, emphasizing sustainable procurement while meeting healthcare operational needs.
