Objectives: This tender seeks the expertise of a national consultant to develop a National Action Plan on Business and Human Rights for Côte d'Ivoire. The plan aims to implement the UN's Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, addressing the state's duty to protect human rights, corporate responsibilities in respecting them, and ensuring access to remedies. This initiative builds on Côte d'Ivoire's commitment to finalize the National Plan by 2024 as part of global human rights efforts. The consultant will conduct an evaluation, formulate strategies, and support workshops for plan adoption.
