Objectives: The primary objective of this assignment is to conduct comprehensive feasibility assessments and develop a project design to transition St. Kitts and Nevis' agricultural sector towards climate-smart, low-carbon, and climate-resilient systems. The consultancy will evaluate current agricultural systems, identify vulnerabilities, and propose solutions that enhance resilience, improve food security, and support sustainable livelihoods. The project design must align with national policies and integrate innovative climate adaptation strategies, providing a foundation for securing financing from the Green Climate Fund (GCF) through the Simplified Approval Process (SAP).
