Consultant to Draft Policy Brief on Managing Ghana’s Debt Sustainability to Support the President Election's 120-Day Social Contract

Objectives: The primary objective of this consultancy is to draft a policy brief to manage Ghana’s debt sustainability while supporting the president-elect’s 120-day social contract. Key tasks include analyzing the economic impact of removing certain tax policies referred to as "draconian taxes", identifying alternative revenue generation methods to bridge fiscal gaps, and providing strategies to ensure debt sustainability aligns with the government’s commitments. The consultant will work on providing actionable recommendations for managing Ghana’s debt challenges, emphasizing fiscal stability and economic recovery.
