Objectives: The tender aims to conduct a comprehensive labor market needs analysis in the Republic of Moldova to identify current and medium-term needs for qualified specialists, thereby improving the alignment between Vocational Education and Training (VET) programs and labor market demands. This analysis will guide the Ministry of Education and Research and VET institutions in creating new educational programs and enhancing graduate employment rates. Special focus will be on engaging stakeholders, benchmarking with EU pre-accession economies, and developing actionable recommendations for aligning VET programs with labor market needs. Ultimately, the project seeks to support Moldova's socio-economic development through a robust VET system that meets evolving market demands.
