Objectives: The tender invites individual contractors to contribute to the development of a biodiversity information system, essential for managing and analyzing biodiversity-related data in Indonesia. This system is a part of the Indonesian Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan (IBSAP) 2025–2045, which serves as a strategic guide for sustainable biodiversity management. The project aims to collect, manage, and analyze geo-spatial and biodiversity data from various stakeholders. Key deliverables include user needs analysis, system architecture design, and the development of initial-phase information systems, ensuring long-term usability and stakeholder integration in alignment with the Convention on Biological Diversity.
