RFP - Capacity Building and Training Services

Objectives: The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is seeking proposals for a comprehensive capacity building and training program targeted at enhancing the skills of the South Sudan National Elections Commission (NEC), State High Election Committees (SHECs), and Political Parties Council (PPC) staff. The aim is to improve their capabilities to effectively plan, manage, and implement electoral processes, thereby supporting credible elections that promote democratic governance and stability in South Sudan. The training will focus on critical operational areas including Human Resources, Budget & Finance, Procurement & Supply Chain, Administration, and Project Management. Successful execution of this training is expected to contribute to professional, transparent, and accountable election management in line with South Sudan's public sector regulations.
