International Consultant to draft the FfD4 Africa discussion paper

Objectives: The UNDP is seeking an International Consultant to draft a discussion paper on "Africa's Stakes at the Fourth International Conference on Financing for Development (FfD4)". The assignment spans 40 days over three months, aiming to provide insights into Africa's financing landscape, propose strategic priorities, and highlight the continent's potential within the framework of the FfD4 conference. The goal is to align Africa’s priorities with global initiatives, propose actionable recommendations, and develop a paper that underscores UNDP’s role in supporting sustainable finance solutions and systemic reforms.
