RFQ25/03035: Development and maintenance of websites for electoral councils

Objectives: The tender seeks a qualified company to develop and maintain websites for 35 Central Electoral Councils (CECE II) in Moldova as part of the "Strengthening Democratic Resilience in Moldova" project. The objective is to enhance transparency in election management by providing a platform for publishing and managing electoral information, and facilitating public engagement. The project includes designing user-friendly, mobile-responsive websites that adhere to accessibility guidelines, integrating content management systems, role-based access controls, and multilingual support (Romanian, Russian, English), with a 90-day development phase and a subsequent 1-year maintenance period.
