Objectives: The objective of this tender is to enhance the KAP platform by strengthening the technical capacities of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and key populations, building civil society capacity, and improving feedback mechanisms between civil society, PLHIV, and key populations. This includes conducting a desk review of relevant KAP documentation, facilitating event implementations through collaboration with the CCM Secretariat, and thematic groups developing an action plan. It also encompasses training KAP platform members on gender and human rights issues, hosting webinars to enhance CCM member interaction with communities and stakeholders, and coordinating meetings to gather development proposals for work plans. The endeavor aims to result in improved decision-making skills on gender issues, facilitated through coordination and participation in strategic planning and review activities.
