Objectives: Gavi Alliance is seeking Service Providers to support its consultancy recruitment needs over the course of three years with the possibility of a two-year extension. The roles involve candidate sourcing, initial screenings, interview arrangements, and potentially payroll services, primarily focusing on operations in Switzerland as well as globally in Gavi-supported countries. Gavi aims to improve their recruitment processes by ensuring that candidates not only meet job requirements but also align with the organization's values. The recruitment operations will be managed in accordance with Swiss regulations for on-site recruitments and independently at the vendors' premises.
