National Consultant for the drafting the Youth Law

Objectives: The tender for a National Consultant aims to draft the Youth Law as part of the Project for Socio-economic Empowerment of Young Women and Men through Efficient Youth Services, implemented with the Montenegro Ministry of Sports and Youth and UNDP. The key objective is to provide expert guidance for the legislation governing youth services, focusing on financing and governance modalities while aligning with national legal frameworks. By enhancing youth service efficiency, promoting youth empowerment, and supporting youth organizations, the project seeks to formalize and improve legislative frameworks, aligning national efforts with international standards and fostering a conducive, institutional environment for youth development.
