Access Governance & Reform for the Electricity and Water Sectors Project: Assistance Technique à la REGIDESO pour la digitalisation et la réduction des Eau Non Facturée (ENF)

Objectives: The tender seeks technical assistance for the digitalization and reduction of unbilled water (ENF) by modernizing organizational structures, operational processes, and IT systems for the REGIDESO in Congo. This project aims to improve potable water services, increase operational efficiency, reduce water losses and costs, streamline operations and maintenance, and enhance data management to facilitate real-time performance tracking and investment planning. This project consists of six components, including the design of a technological infrastructure, the development of new work procedures, preparation of investments, performance contracts, a national strategy, and staff training in new technologies.
