Objectives: The primary objective of this tender is to recruit a national consultant to integrate gender and social inclusion into sectoral reports and the Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC) 3.0 in Côte d'Ivoire. This mission entails organizing training sessions to align the national development plan with the NDC, develop stakeholder engagement schemes for NDC 3.0, and conduct comprehensive analyses and strategic formulation for NDC-related financial and action plans. The initiative aims to ensure gender and inclusion considerations are embedded in the reports, enhancing alignment with Côte d'Ivoire’s 2030 National Gender and Climate Strategy. Ultimately, these efforts are designed to support the country’s low-carbon development pathway and bolstering commitment against climate change impacts by 2050.
