Consultancy Firm to Development of a Parliamentary Information Management System

Objectives: The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) aims to strengthen the 10th House of Representatives (HoR) of Nigeria through the development of a Parliamentary Information Management System (PIMS). The objective is to enhance legislative capacity, promote good governance, increase citizen engagement, and ensure transparency and accountability. The system will serve as a centralized hub for data, supporting legislative workflows and enabling informed decision-making with features like document tracking and committee operations. It will incorporate robust cybersecurity measures and support public engagement, aligning with global best practices to transform the HoR into a more responsive institution.
