Kenya Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Program: Consultancy Services for Technical Assistance for the K-WASH PMU on Engineering, Environmental and Social Safeguards (ESS), Refugees Management, Financial Management, Procurement, Communication and Monitoring and Evaluation Services

Objectives: The main goal of the assignment is to deliver technical assistance to the Program Management Unit (PMU) of the Ministry of Water, Sanitation, and Irrigation in Kenya for the implementation and assessment of the K-WASH program. This encompasses engineering, financial and procurement management, communication, and management of environmental and social safeguards. The expected outcomes involve ensuring specialist services are readily available for the PMU and Implementing Agencies to facilitate day-to-day program management, enhance program efficiency through targeted assistance, and improve access to water and sanitation services across targeted regions.
