Recrutement d'un(e) consultant(e) national(e) pour la formation de certains acteurs de la justice sur le dispositif normatif de lutte contre la corruption et les infractions assimilées dans la commande publique au Togo

Objectives: The main objective of the consultancy is to enhance the capacities of selected justice actors in Togo regarding the normative framework governing anti-corruption measures and related offenses in public procurement. Conducted by a national consultant, this initiative organizes two training workshops held in Lomé and Kara, focusing on educating participants about specific national regulations, including the decree n° 2019-097/PR on public procurement ethics. It aims to facilitate the understanding and appropriate application of regulatory texts in handling appeals against decisions issued by the ARCOP's Committee for Dispute Resolution.
