OECD Well-Being at Work - Staff Survey

Objectives: The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) seeks a survey provider to manage and implement the 2026 and 2028 biennial well-being at work surveys, covering over 4,000 staff members each. These surveys aim to evaluate work environment factors such as well-being, job satisfaction, professional fulfilment, engagement, and diversity and inclusion. The outcome of these surveys will inform the development of strategies and action plans to enhance staff engagement and satisfaction. The provider will be responsible for survey development, administration, result analysis, and presentation, with an expectation to suggest improvements based on findings.
