Contract #54/2025/CDF/Barbados - CRAF/CCCCC - Recruitment of a Consultant for Pre-feasibility Study, Legal Due Diligence, Gender Assessment and Action Plan, Environmental and Social Action Plan, and Risk Assessment for GCF Funding Support (GCF)

Objectives: The primary objective of this tender is to recruit a consultant for conducting a pre-feasibility study, legal due diligence, gender assessment and action plan, environmental and social action plan, and risk assessment for the GCF Funding Support. This initiative is part of a broader project aimed at enhancing the capacity of the CARICOM Development Fund to access and deliver international climate finance through the development of a Credit Risk Abatement Facility (CRAF). The outcomes of this tender will contribute towards providing targeted climate financing solutions facilitating lending to SMEs in the energy sector, ultimately improving business competitiveness and sustainability within the CARICOM region.
