AMI - Togo - Réalisation d'une étude diagnostique sur les causes profondes des difficultés de cohabitation assortie d'un plan de gestion de crise communautaire dans la région des savanes - PRECOS

Objectives: The Republic of Togo has received a grant of one million units of account from the African Development Fund (ADF) to fund the Social Cohesion Strengthening Project (PRECOS). The objective of the tender is to utilize a portion of this grant for the recruitment of an individual consultant to conduct a diagnostic study on the root causes of cohabitation difficulties paired with a community crisis management plan in the Savanes region. The mission will last for two months and includes thorough documentation review, mapping of stakeholders in humanitarian efforts, and development of a prioritized crisis management plan with investment strategies. Recommendations will be made to various actors, including the state, technical and financial partners, local authorities, and civil society organizations.
