Objectives: The primary objective of the tender is to support the operationalization of energy management committees in public administrations across the 13 autonomous districts in Côte d'Ivoire, including every ministry in the autonomous district of Abidjan. This initiative aims to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability in public administration. It involves developing a comprehensive action plan for committee implementation, training key stakeholders such as the Directorate of Energy (DGE), regional and departmental directors, and energy service heads of the MMPE on the ISO 50001 standard, and equipping them with the necessary tools to educate energy referents. Furthermore, the establishment and operationalization of a pilot energy management committee, along with the development of an energy consumption monitoring dashboard, will provide a basis for the rollout of these committees nationwide.
