RFQ of Accommodations, Venue and Meeting Packages_Surabaya

Objectives: The project involves the provision of accommodations, venue, and meeting packages for the 2025 SMILE Training in Surabaya, East Java, aiming to bolster digital health strategy by conducting capacity-building for technical officers from the Ministry of Health's Immunization and Logistic Departments. With 250 officers expected to participate, the project requires large meeting spaces, including a ballroom and breakout rooms, to facilitate presentations and group exercises. The overall objective is to ensure clean, well-prepared venues for meetings, provide audio-visual equipment, and maintain high-speed internet for uninterrupted connectivity, thereby supporting the SMILE application's scaling and knowledge transfer to enhance immunization management and logistics in Indonesia.
